Meet Chef Aldo

Chef Aldo is a second
generation chef, brought up in
From an early age he learned about the Italian cuisine of his parent’s roots
and the German dishes they were
cooking in their own restaurants.
Chef Aldo started his professional career at the age of fifteen with vocational training
in a large restaurant in
During his three years there he also attended culinary school and received in-depth
tutoring in food science.
The next several years exposed him to different
settings within the food service
industry all over
He worked for a large, high-quality hospitality group
in several positions, planning and opening new
restaurants and hotels with
their food outlets, and instructing on operational
processes.
He also went to
Chef Aldo continued to study his profession in schools
and was awarded a master chef degree.
He is also a certified trainer and
completed his master’s degree in
commerce.
To make his life complete, he married a trained chef and is therefore surrounded by great food
not just at work, but at home as well.
